About Viren Dutt Sharma
Viren Dutt Sharma is the Founder of Qunitas and the architect of Unified Philosophy he calls Reimagining Unified Intelligence.
An economist by education and a consultant by profession, he brings more than 25 years of international experience with the Big 4 and other leading firms across Europe and India. Over the course of his career, he has advised global leaders, multinational corporations, and high-growth enterprises on strategy, tax, and governance.
Beyond boardrooms, Viren is a thinker and seeker. His journey to understand reality has been shaped as much by the Himalayas he explores on motorcycle as by the corporate challenges he helps solve. On one such ride, he captured an image that reshaped his worldview. A mountain looming large before him shrank with distance, and shrank further in a mirror’s reflection. To him, this revealed that reality is never absolute, it is defined by our frame of reference, shifting with time, space, and perspective.
This realization deepened his conviction that much of what we call reality is illusion, limited by our senses and the silos of knowledge we operate within. He believes that no single discipline, whether economics, science, the arts, or philosophy, can fully capture truth or prepare us for the future. Instead, progress demands an interdisciplinary lens, weaving together the insights of diverse fields.
That conviction gave rise to his life’s work in Unified Philosophy, now expressed as Reimagining Unified Intelligence.
Through Qunitas, Viren has built frameworks and tools to make this vision practical:
1) The Quantum Cube (Q²Cube): a three-dimensional framework (Depth × Width × Scale) that helps leaders and teams navigate complexity and uncertainty.
2) The Quantum Quotient (Q³): a benchmark for measuring how ready individuals, organizations, and societies are to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
His entrepreneurial journey, successfully running ventures in advisory and sustainability, further tested and strengthened these ideas. Time and again, he saw that fragmented thinking creates fragile solutions, while unified, interdisciplinary approaches foster clarity, adaptability, and renewal.
Today, Viren works with leaders, professionals, and youth through consulting, keynotes, and coaching. His mission is to help people and organizations:
